You didn't think we could cover the divas of the '80s in just two podcasts, did you? On the latest episode of the Totally '80s Podcast, Lyndsey Parker, the other John Hughes and UK pop artist Bright Light Bright Light reconvened for a third time to dish on even more ladies of the Totally '80s, this time with a focus on the more rocking and abstract end of the spectrum with the likes of Pat Benatar and Kate Bush.

"She was angry. Before Alanis, Pat Benatar was a woman scorned. She was pissed off and giving men a piece of her mind," Parker remembered of Benatar's reign back in the day. It was an era when precious few women were celebrated in rock, with Benatar and Joan Jett being the primary torchbearers. Tune in and listen to the full episode below.
